Cancellation Policy : The business partner shall notify the Hotel in writing of any cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival or no show, a one night’s room charge will be applied.
Check-in / Check out time:
- Check-in time is 14.00 hrs or earlier subject to room availability. Should you require an early check-in, please feel free to contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
- Check out time is 12.00 hours (noon) or later subject to room availability.
Child & Extra person Policy:
- Children aged 0-2 years old sharing room with parents will not be charged any extra fees.
- Children aged 2-12 years old sharing room with parents without extra bed will not be charged for the room rate but will be charged ABF rate.
- Upper 12 years old is considered as adults
- Extra bed charge 800 THB / Room with Breakfast 1,000 THB
- Baby cot extra charge 500 THB
Pet Policy:
- We allowed small pets (Not over 5 kg.) to stay with you in the room with extra charge 1,000 THB with pre reserved.
